This individual will be part of a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimize the essential corporate functions of finance, analytics, planning and HR.

As a Workday Application Management Services (AMS) Functional Service Lead your primary responsibilities may include:
Oversee multiple functional work streams/domains on a Workday application management services (AMS) engagement (e.g, function as the overall Lead for the engagement).
Manage on and off-shore functional teams.
Lead the AMS engagement driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality including, but not limited to: Core HCM, Benefits, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, and Reporting.
Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
Troubleshoot production break-fixes from triage through resolution
Implement enhancements and new features from discovery through deployment
Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff
Serve as a single point of contact for the client and provide direction to resources to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
Demonstrate design options using prototyping.
Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
Provide the client with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status
Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements
Assist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating efforts to complete the implementation
Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and execute optimization projects
Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Workday Partner Certification
Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role
Minimum of 2 years of HCM Implementations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year of work experience.
Bonus points if you have:
4 years of HCM, Talent/Performance, Comp, or Benefits Implementations
Demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes
Experience in Education & Government implementations
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
