You are:

You’re a problem-solver with the keen ability to diagnose a client’s unique needs. You can see the gap between where they are and where they need to be, and love creating a blueprint to get them there. You’re a creative and analytical person, a team player, someone who enjoys solving complex problems, and working in the gray.

The work:

  • Go deep to get the lay of the land of clients’ digital financial strategies, and grasp clients’ business options in the context of global, economic, technology, and social trends.

  • Create strategies, blueprints and roadmaps that define the finance strategy including financial systems and data, operating model, process automation plan, and analytics insights to support the broader organization’s future vision

  • Help clients modernize their finance functions by consulting with internal and external teams to understand strategy and goals, then managing your teams’ workflows

  • Help clients improve their ability to drive business outcomes through digital planning, reporting, and analytics

  • Oversee clients’ digital transformations, help them simplify workflows and find new revenue streams (FinTech apps, blockchain technology, virtual and augmented reality)

  • Find modern ERP and Enterprise Value solutions for clients and share best practices across the industry

  • ·Manage large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture

  • Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters

  • Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership

  • Stay on top of current regulations, trends, and technologies influencing digital finance, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum 5 years of finance and management consulting experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with finance functions (analytics, forecasting, core finance), including operating models, supporting organization structures, and process best practices

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with finance platform transformations such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects and/or teams

  • Bachelor's degree

Bonus points if:

  • You’re comfortable being the lead or functional team member on modern ERP technology implementations and know your way around SAP, Oracle, and/or Workday

  • You have experience optimizing finance and accounting processes like record to report and order to cash

  • You know how to define and shape a company’s financial, management or regulatory reporting strategy

  • You’re a pro when it comes to engagement – plus business, practice, and people development

  • You’ve designed finance, accounting, planning or reporting solutions

  • You’ve worked with these FinTech solutions: Anaplan, Hyperion, BPC, Tableau, Qlik, OneStream

  • You’ve got an MBA after your name or another type of advanced degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
