Our Cloud First group of more than 150,000 cloud professionals delivers a full stack of integrated cloud capabilities across data, edge, integrated infrastructure and applications, deep ecosystem skills, culture of change along with a deep industry expertise to shape, move, build and operate our clients’ businesses in the cloud. To accelerate our customers transformation leveraging cloud, we combine world-class learning and talent development expertise; deep experience in cloud change management; and cloud-ready operating models with a commitment to responsible business by design — with security, data privacy, responsible use of artificial intelligence, sustainability and ethics and compliance built into the fundamental changes Accenture helps companies achieve. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Preferred Hiring Locations: Pittsburg, PA, Memphis, TN, Orlando FL, or Colorado Springs, CO

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Java development with focus on enterprise application development; primarily to help debugging interactions between back end and front end

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in use of source code management system (SVN or Git and build tools like Ant, Maven, Gradle or Make)

  • Minimum of 2 years SQL programming

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent (12 years previous work experience). If Associates degree must have 6 years of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud Native Architectures

  • Microservices and Light Weight Architecture

  • JUnit Testing Framework

  • Agile Team Practices

  • Spring Boot

  • Apache Kafka

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
