Your mission

You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

Your daily work

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Learning domains.

• Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do.

• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on HCM and Learning functionalities.

• Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress.

• Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to achieve robust solutions.

Who you are

You bring:

• Proven experience and certifications in one or more Workday modules (e.g., HCM Core Services, Compensation, Benefits, Absence).

• Deep understanding of interdependencies across Workday modules like HCM Core, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Absence, and Time Tracking.

• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage teams, meet deadlines, and solve problems in dynamic environments.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and fluency in English.

Set yourself apart

• Fluency in German

• Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday Learning agendas

• Up to date Workday HCM / Learning certifications

• Knowledge of other Learning solutions (Cornerstone, Degreed etc..)

• Experience in combining Learning with Skills

• Demonstrable professional Workday experience
