YOUR MISSION

You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

YOUR DAILY WORK

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Recruiting domains.

• Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.

• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on HCM and Recruiting functionalities.

• Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress.

• Liaising with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday.

• Supporting innovation through new methods and assets, especially in learning experiences within Workday.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for experience in:

• Workday HCM Core Services and/or Workday Recruiting (certified).

• Consulting with a focus on Workday design and HRIS processes.

• Stakeholder management and team leadership.

• Navigating dynamic environments with strong problem-solving skills.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Set yourself apart:

• Fluency in German language

• Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday Recruiting agendas

• Up to date Workday HCM / Recruiting certifications

• Knowledge of other Recruiting solutions

• Demonstrable professional Workday experience
