Your Mission

As a Workday Compensation Lead, you will help clients maximize their Workday investment by delivering integrated, cloud-based HR solutions. You’ll lead the way in transforming how organizations manage compensation and HR processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client goals.

Your Daily Work

• Collaborate with clients to define functional solutions in HCM and Compensation, applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.

• Host workshops and lead discussions on HCM and Compensation topics.

• Independently manage your workstream and report progress.

• Lead diverse teams through implementation, working closely with clients, Accenture colleagues, and Workday.

• Contribute to innovation by developing new industry-leading methods and assets.

Who You Are

• Experienced in leading multiple end-to-end Workday HCM and Compensation implementations.

• Skilled in Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation or similar platforms.

• Strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

• Analytical, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic environments.

• Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and is fluent in English.

• Willing to travel as needed and manage client relationships effectively.

Set yourself apart

• Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM and Compensation workstreams.

• Experience with Workdays Data Migration tools and Security framework

• Up to date Workday, HCM / Compensation certifications

• Demonstrable professional Workday experience

• Up to date Workday certifications

• Fluency in German
