The work:
As a Consulting Analyst in Talent & Organisation, you’ll:

  • Design and roll out talent and organisation strategies: Collaborate with experienced consultants and use Accenture’s frameworks to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Assist clients in navigating digital transformation: Learn and utilize change management techniques and leverage cutting-edge tools to guide clients through rapid technological shifts.
  • Identify future-relevant skills for clients: Use data-driven insights and industry expertise to help clients build sustainable and adaptable workforces.
  • Support agile organisational design: Work with senior team members to create structures and processes that enable continuous transformation.
  • Conduct workforce planning: Gain hands-on experience in analytics and sourcing strategies, supported by training in data tools and methodologies.
  • Contribute to business development: Help create proposals and build client relationships with mentorship from experienced professionals.
  • Shape the future of T&O: Share ideas and insights to develop thought leadership and enhance Accenture’s capabilities.

What are we looking for?
We’re seeking graduates who:

  • Have completed their studies (no earlier than 2022) or will graduate by mid-year 2025, with all requirements completed by August 2025.
  • Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency.
  • Are currently based in Canberra or Perth.
  • Have degree backgrounds in Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Commerce—or other disciplines that showcase your curiosity and innovative thinking.
  • May have consulting or change management experience through internships, university consulting clubs, or other relevant activities.

You are eager to learn and grow, with a curious mindset and a passion for solving challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively as part of a team to deliver meaningful outcomes. You’re adaptable, resilient, and ready to develop the skills and knowledge needed to help organisations transform and succeed in a rapidly changing world.
