Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Developer to architect, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and integrated AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and third-party integrations, along with practical expertise in Copado/GitHub Actions for CI/CD. You will play a key role in enabling digital transformation through Einstein Activity Capture, Copilot for Sales, and Copilot Studio, while ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and performance. Key Responsibilities: -Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows, aligned with business and technical requirements. -Configure and optimize Salesforce CRM and CPQ modules, ensuring seamless quote-to-cash workflows. -Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, etc.). -Lead and execute data migration, cleansing, and transformation efforts across legacy and Salesforce platforms. -Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making. -Implement and manage Einstein Activity Capture, Copilot for Sales, and Copilot Studio to enhance sales productivity and AI-driven insights. -Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Copado and GitHub Actions. -Collaborate with functional teams (Product Owners, Admins, Architects) to ensure consistent delivery across sprints. -Maintain and enhance existing customizations and configurations to improve UX and system performance. -Apply Salesforce best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability. Required Skills & Experience: -8–12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development and administration. -Expert-level knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder. -Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization. -Hands-on experience with Copilot for Sales, Copilot Studio, and Einstein Activity Capture. -Proven track record of data migration, using Data Loader, APIs, or ETL tools. -Proficient in Salesforce Reporting, Dashboards, and data modeling. -Practical experience with Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. -Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and integration patterns. -Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, CPQ Specialist, Admin, Architect) Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Working knowledge of enterprise DevOps standards and practices Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
