Workplace Service Delivery Senior Analyst - Analytics

This role will be will be working on delivering data driven insights and high-end solutions based on various datasets, helping Accenture optimize process effectiveness and provide insights to further improve various business outcome.

To work in a high performing centralized environment aiding virtual customers.

  • Deliver data reporting from various tools in Workplace to create management and operational views needed for fact-based analysis and decision support.
  • Conceptualize, develop, test and implement analytics solutions, providing actionable insights from business data.
  • Develop and communicate insights generated from the analysis in a clear and concise manner.
  • Leverage a combination of multiple approaches for project execution, including internal assets, third-party and open-source solutions to create unique methods of delivery.
  • Collaborate with workplace stakeholders globally to understand business problems and conceptualize, design and execute solutions using various data sources and advanced analytics approach.
  • Create analytical models and scorecards to help workplace leadership better understand the underlying trends and key drivers of our business and support stakeholders’ initiatives.
  • Ensures accuracy and availability of data and reports and presents in data storytelling manner to help leadership arrive to data-based decisions.
  • Support business process delivery and multiple initiatives by working closely with partners around the world and team members to manage and industrialize processes and solutions for global and MUs Workplace teams.
  • Serve as a Specialist’s back up by supervising the delivery outcome or managing initiatives through effective planning, organizing, collaborating, and coaching.

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven background and experience in more than one of the following –Multivariate Statistics, Non-parametric methods, Time Series Modeling, Cluster Analysis’ Delivery Excellence etc.
  • Advance data and reporting skills using tools like Excel, PowerBI, Sharepoint, PowerApp.
  • Proficient in delivery excellence and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders globally.
  • Ability to understand complex real world business problems, often in ambiguous scenario, and transform into workable solutions.

  • Motivating and guiding teams/leads to implementing sustainability initiatives, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead conversations with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in workplace related tools or process is an added advantage.
  • Working with multiple team leads and/ or different functions and is responsible for creating an inclusive working environment for all of the team members
  • Supporting leadership to ensure alignment of strategy throughout the function. Facilitate and participate in regular team discussions, facilitating teamwork and ensuring the Service Centre team regularly plans and discusses ideas and issues
  • Learns new applications, technologies, and skills through intensive hands-on experience.
  • Requires analysis and solving of complex problems. Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
  • Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
  • Primary upward interaction is with senior management. Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels within Accenture.
  • Requires minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams.
