See open jobs at Accenture.See open jobs similar to "Oracle HCM Consultant [Technico-Functional]" Knoxville Technology Council.Involvement in implementation, migration, or support (TMA) projects around the Oracle HCM Cloud solution, taking on both functional (requirements gathering, configuration, workshops) and/or technical (interfaces, data conversion, reporting) roles.
Main Responsibilities:
Participate in functional design workshops with HR business teams
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Performance, Talent, etc.)
Design and validate integration interfaces with third-party systems (payroll, legacy HRIS, etc.)
Contribute to data migration (mapping, validation, loading via HDL or FBDI)
Write detailed functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations
Perform functional and integration testing, and support users during UAT
Manage production incidents and enhancement requests within the TMA framework
Participate in project steering committees and deliverable management
Required Skills
Functional:
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud (at least 2 modules required: Core HR, Recruitment, etc.)
Good understanding of HR processes (administration, recruitment, performance, etc.)
Proficiency in project methodology
Technical:
Familiarity with Oracle data loading tools: HDL, HSDL, FBDI
Skills in SQL / PL-SQL, role and security management in HCM Cloud
Experience with integration tools: OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs
Basic knowledge of Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
Candidate Profile:
Autonomous, rigorous, and well-organized
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Excellent communication with both business and technical teams
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment

Qualifications and Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud in project or support (TMA) contexts
Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Oracle HCM certification (a plus)
