Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the workflows are optimized for effectiveness. You will work closely with business users to define detailed product requirements and use cases, while also designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback collection to refine processes over time. Your role will be pivotal in driving improvements and fostering a culture of efficiency within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to process improvements and workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of process mapping and workflow design. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies. - Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
