Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in your work. Roles & Responsibilities: a. Be a expert team member and Lead a team of technical developers and help them in design, build and testing b. Helps in designing strategy for new enhancement requests and adoption of new features in Peoplesoft 9.2 c. Coordinates with Functional/Business team and transformation team to translate business requirement to technical document and diagram d. Resolve tickets, design and build Extensions, Interfaces and Reports for CoreHR (Workforce Administration and Manager and Employee Self service), TAM (Recruitment), Candiate Gateway, Person profile and Non Person profile management, Position management. e. Design and build batch programs in HCM and fix/update existing batch programs Professional & Technical Skills: a. Must be expert in PeopleSoft PeopleTools HCM Functional. b. Good in AppEngine, SQR, Component Interfaces, AppDesigner, Peoplecode, XML Publisher and Application Packages. c. Must have good Functional knowledge in Peoplesoft CoreHR (Workforce Administration and Manager and Employee Self service), TAM (Recruitment), Candiate Gateway, Person profile and Non Person profile management, Position management. d. Must have worked on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.54 or above e. Must be expert in Oracle SQL/PL SQL f. Should have prior experience of working on Production Support, conversion and/or Implementation projects Additional Information: Ready to work in Shifts on Rotational basis.15 years full time education
