Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the ServiceNow IT Service Management system. Your dedication to quality and exceptional communication skills will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class systems. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design effective resolutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues. - Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction. - Analyze system or application issues and design effective resolutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management processes. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in service management. - Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet client requirements. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT service management tools such as JIRA or Remedy. - Familiarity with IT asset management and configuration management databases (CMDB). - Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
