Project Role Description : Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.

Summary: As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing cloud infrastructure environments and applications. A typical day involves cross-technology administration, which includes operating systems, databases, and virtual networks. You will engage in scripting and monitoring automation execution, ensuring that incidents are managed effectively with a focus on service restoration. Your role will also involve managing the rollout of patches and overseeing the release management schedule and implementation, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of cloud operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment. - Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Container Infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. - Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts and security best practices. - Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks. - Familiarity with incident management and service restoration processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Container Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
