By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 from our office in Bucharest.

How you will make an impact:

• Oversight of the support desk team responsible for supplier onboarding and offboarding, Coupa support, and compliance reporting;

• Oversight of the buy desk team managing end-to-end support across the procurement lifecycle and client-defined procurement categories;

• Perform analysis and solve increasingly complex operational problems;

• Collaborate daily with peers within Accenture;

• Interact occasionally with clients and/or Accenture management

• Work with minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate guidance for new assignments;

• Make decisions that impact own work and may influence others;

• Act as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small team or workstream.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Go beyond simply processing purchase orders, contributing to cost savings and added value from client procurement spend

• Support clients in optimizing the value of goods and services essential to their daily operations

• Work within the Procurement Management Team, which follows a structured approach to purchasing for business sustainability

• Participate in identifying needs, sourcing and qualifying suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating terms, contracting, ensuring delivery, and analyzing results

• Focus on operational procurement, ensuring the continuous supply of goods and services necessary for day-to-day business activities

• Between 5 o 8 years experience in Procurement Operations;

• English B2 required;

• Bachelor s Degree .
