Summary: Primary responsibility is Operations/Support. You will be responsible to track progress of CET workplan and co-ordinate with different teams to bring right teams to tackle in case of any issue. Roles & Responsibilities: - Track progress of the Workplan in CET and the Deployment Dashboards - This will include the coordination with different teams and setting-up bridge lines to bring the right teams/people in to resolve issues - Perform triage/issue/resolution/escalation of CET issues Professional & Technical Skills: - Expected to be experienced in Operations - 2-3 years of overall experience - 2 years of experience in operation role (good to have). - Good To Have: knowledge of Development Cycle and NodeJs Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Node.js. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
