  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 1 year in a consulting firm.

  • Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex projects in one or more of the following areas:

    Organisational Change Management

  • Ability to inspire, influence, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • A proactive mindset and passion for helping clients and teams thrive in a world of change.

What’s In It for You

  • Leadership development and career progression with clear pathways to senior roles.

  • Flexible working arrangements to support you personally and professionally.

  • Continuous learning through certifications, global learning platforms, and hands-on experience.

  • Comprehensive leave policies, including paid parental, purchased, and volunteer leave.

  • Well-being programs covering mental health, fitness, financial support, and more.

  • Access to global communities of practice, innovation hubs, and expert networks.

  • Inclusion and belonging in a culture where everyone is respected, valued, and heard.
