Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also utilizing your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for any issues that arise. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Experience in managing high-pressure situations and critical incidents. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
