What would you do? Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns by analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate channels, content, setting measurable goals, and overseeing the implementation of strategies to achieve specific business objectives, often involving close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance across various platforms.? Key responsibilities of a campaign strategist might include: Strategy development: Creating detailed campaign strategies aligned with business goals, including target audience identification, messaging development, channel & content selection, and budget allocation.? Market analysis: Researching market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform campaign strategy.? Campaign planning and execution: Overseeing the development and implementation of marketing campaigns Data analysis and reporting: Monitoring campaign performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for optimization, and presenting insights to stakeholders.? Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams like MOC, LOC, analytics and tech to ensure campaign alignment and success Creative development: Providing input on campaign creative assets to ensure they resonate with the target audience and align with brand messaging.? Thought Leadership: Demonstrate thought leadership, drive value for client and provide solutions across the full spectrum of campaign strategy and management Team Management: Manage a team of analysts. Responsible for mentoring, planning career growth for the resources Required skills for a campaign strategist: Marketing expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles, including customer segmentation, brand positioning, and marketing funnels.? Strategic thinking: Ability to develop comprehensive campaign strategies with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.?

Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. • •Expected Candidate Profile Total 10-12 years of relevant experience in campaign strategy and execution, including 2-4 years’ experience leading / managing a team of diverse skill-sets, and in client handling / client facing roles Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate the data driven insights for specific business/client contexts Prior experience in project management/consulting is highly desirable MBA or equivalent from a reputable school / program Candidate should have hands on work experience with campaign strategy and management Strong knowledge of digital marketing, customer analytics, content, creatives and marketing technology
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsMaster of Business Administration
