INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
Conduct multilingual keyword research, topic clustering, and content gap analysis.
Optimize and localize website content to improve visibility across search engines and AI-assisted platforms (e.g., SGE, ChatGPT browsing, Gemini).
Support the creation and enhancement of content briefs, working closely with editorial teams and content creators.
Apply on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, internal linking, etc.) and ensure alignment with client tone, brand, and local language standards.
Monitor and analyze content performance using SEO and analytics tools to provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with international stakeholders to align on priorities and local content strategies.
Stay up to date with evolving search behavior, AI integration in search, and emerging trends in content optimization.
HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
An active student status and be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week in a hybrid mode from office in Warsaw
Fluency in English and Polish, as well as at least one additional European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Nordic languages).
1–3 years of hands-on experience in content SEO, preferably within international or multilingual markets.
Familiarity with AI solutions and tools used in content generation, optimization, and analysis.
Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
Strong research and writing skills, with attention to language nuances, tone, and regional intent.
Understanding of core SEO principles, including on-page optimization, content structure, and intent mapping.
Ability to interpret data and performance metrics to draw conclusions and inform strategy.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience optimizing content for AI-integrated search experiences (e.g., Google SGE, ChatGPT, Gemini etc.).
Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
Understanding of how language and culture influence user behavior and SEO outcomes.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Technical SEO experience (e.g., site audits, indexation, crawling, structured data).
Client-facing experience, including presenting deliverables to clients.
Passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
