Summary: As an UKG application tester, typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, test solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that application's quality. Roles & Responsibilities: - UKG functional experience in products/modules – Staffing, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Absence and Leave Management, Reporting - Technical experience in : Inbound integrations to UKG from HCM (Oracle preferably) and Outbound integrations from UKG to HCM(Oracle preferably) - UKG processes and reports to support the products/modules- Staffing, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Absence and Leave Management - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in UKG - Staffing, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Absence and Leave Management, Reporting. - Strong understanding of application. - Experience with system integration and data migration testing. - Familiarity with user interface design principles. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in UKG - Staffing, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Absence and Leave Management, Reporting.15 years full time education
