Summary: We need someone who did Finance Cutover at least once or twice. There are some finance topics that have some complexities (product costing, data migration, integrate/articulate business-functional-cutover teams, etc) and requires experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Finance domain - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Should have done Finance Cutover once or twice. - Exp in the areas of product costing, data migration - integrate/articulate business-functional-cutover teams - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
