We are looking for an Access Billing Analyst with Portuguese to join our team Accenture! You will bring value to the world’s top companies, working in an international environment, improving your language skills via daily communication with clients and colleagues from all over the world, without a need to travel from your home.
As Access Billing Analyst, you will be managing supplier billing related mismatches and disputes. You will be part of the Access Billing Management (ABM) team within the Finance organization. Invoice management also involves regular communication and follow-up with telecom vendors mainly via e-mails and conference calls.
This role is a maternity leave cover for a limited period.
YOUR MISSION:
Validate and comment on mismatches and disputes, arrange correction of inventory.
Ensure on-time invoice payments and request manual urgent payments if needed.
Comply with local legislation and internal policy for invoice retention and archiving.
Follow-up with suppliers on unbilled items to minimize risk of disconnection.
Support annual reconciliation of outstanding balances with vendors.
Provide input for metrics and status of pending invoices.
Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with vendors.
WHO YOU ARE:
Minimum bachelor's degree - Economic or Finance degree preferred.
Advanced English and Slovak (B2/C1 level) and advanced Portuguese language (min. B2 spoken and written)
Good degree of PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Advanced knowledge of Spanish language (B2+ spoken and written).
Prior customer facing experience.
