We seek a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Senior Manager to oversee the project delivery to our client including brand management, content creation, consumer insight, CRM, paid media and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have rich experience in digital marketing and commerce with proven business results and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client in the APAC region, understanding their unique business objectives and requirements and providing strategic guidance and solutions to drive growth and success. Service Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing and commerce services, ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) across all client projects. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals, including project managers, digital marketers, and commerce specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand our presence and offerings in language-specific markets within SEA, identifying new opportunities for growth and optimization. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service delivery effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization and innovation. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product, and technology teams, to align service delivery strategies with overall business objectives and priorities. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the SEA region, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making. Financial Management: Manage Cost allocation and resource planning for service delivery operations in the SEA region, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost-effectiveness. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and best practices to maintain high service delivery standards and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields, with at least 5+ years in leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market, particularly language-specific markets, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with data analysis and interpretation proficiency to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools with a strong understanding of paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and remarketing strategies.
  • Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar, to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies, including content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Understanding email marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo, and proficiency in developing email marketing campaigns, segmentation strategies, and performance analysis. Ability to leverage data-driven insights and audience targeting strategies to optimize digital marketing campaigns, increase ROI, and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and technologies, including chatbots, predictive analytics, personalized recommendations, and dynamic content optimization.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) algorithms to analyze customer feedback, sentiment, and intent and drive personalized marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira for task management and collaboration.
