Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality standards. - Support team members in their professional development and foster a collaborative work environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL). - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. - Proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in project management and team leadership. - Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - This position is based at our Manila office. - Will perform L2 and L3 role for Tagetik application. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
