Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance the overall functionality of applications. You will also interact with various stakeholders to ensure that the systems operate smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. - Document processes and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Implementation. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their applications. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application performance issues. - Familiarity with network protocols and security measures. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Experience with scripting languages to automate tasks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Implementation. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
