THE TEAMS

We are recruiting several roles across our Sydney based teams. All offer the opportunity to work in a truly collaborative relationship with our client, working at a deep strategic level alongside their internal team and their other agencies. But each role also offers something different in respect to industry focus and type of projects, such as -

  • An opportunity to work on multi-country projects with large global FMCG or Health & Nutrition clients

  • Working with a mixture of smaller boutique and bigger FMCG brands, as well NFP and Arts & Culture clients.

  • Partnering with some of Australia’s best Financial Service and Insurance clients

THE OPPORTUNITY

What you’ll do……

  • Help develop client relationships that thrive and endure. Working with those clients to define their key business challenges and shape qualitative studies that will answer to those challenges

  • Conduct strategic research and consulting at a local, regional, and global level

  • Change the status quo – we want someone who questions approaches and suggest new techniques and technologies to keep us at the forefront of qualitative research

To be successful in this role you need to

  • Be a hands-on qualitative practitioner with around 7 years’ experience who is able to work to the highest level, whether you are interrogating the brief, designing the research, moderating fieldwork, or putting your analysis skills to work

  • Strong project management skills are a must – as you navigate the complexities of large global projects

  • Be able to summarise output of research modules to clients in succinct, smart, and actionable way

  • Have a genuine passion for understanding people, culture, and society across both APAC and the world
