What would you do? The Replenishment Support Manager is responsible for leading and driving the strategic direction of the Replenishment function at an organizational level. This role focuses on overseeing the performance and development of Replenishment Support Leads, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture. The Replenishment Support Manager collaborates with senior US Foods leadership to define key initiatives, set goals, and implement long-term strategies to optimize the efficiency of the Replenishment process. This position is key to driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, enhance vendor relationships, and improve processes. Replenishment Support Manager also play a critical role in managing complex issues that require cross-functional collaboration, offering guidance and support to resolve escalations. By analyzing key performance indicators and leveraging data insights, the Replenishment Support Manager ensures that operations meet or exceed service level expectations. Additionally, this role is responsible for ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary resources, training, and support to achieve operational goals and foster career growth within the department. Strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to influence across departments are essential to ensuring the success of the Replenishment function and its alignment with broader business objectives. A solution that automates and integrates key service fulfillment processes, including back-office order orchestration, network and service inventory management, service activation and configuration management.
What are we looking for? Qualification: Three-year degree (Bachelor’s Degree) is required, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred. Equivalent work experience and applicable certifications may be considered as well Experience: Minimum 10 years supply chain industry experience, with food service experience a plus. Minimum of 5 years of people management/supervisory experience. Accumulated knowledge or expertise across multiple industries is a plus Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Managed Services team, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving continuous team development Partner with senior leaders across departments to align Replenishment objectives with company-wide initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and cost management Act as a liaison between leadership and the Replenishment team, communicating key initiatives, challenges, and progress updates to stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve high-level operational issues, guiding the team through complex challenges that require cross-departmental collaboration Evaluate performance metrics and operational data to identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimization of workflows Establish and maintain clear performance expectations, while fostering a culture of accountability and empowering team members to meet key targets Lead initiatives that refine and improve Replenishment practices, focusing on automation, system upgrades, and process optimization to streamline operations Oversee the development and implementation of training programs to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to support Replenishment goals effectively
