Summary: As a Technical Writing Representative, you will engage in the creation of written and visual documentation that supports various aspects of product development, design, and marketing. Your typical day will involve translating complex technical solutions and strategies into clear, concise, and easily understandable content, ensuring that the information is accessible to a diverse audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights, allowing you to produce high-quality documentation that meets the needs of stakeholders and end-users alike. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the clarity and usability of technical information, contributing to the overall success of projects and initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for documentation. - Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Technical Documentation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Content Management. - Strong writing and editing skills to produce high-quality documentation. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content. - Familiarity with various documentation tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Documentation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
