Overview

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join a rapidly growing ad operations team for one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the set up and execution of programmatic private marketplace (PMP) advertising deals for advertisers across the globe. Ideal candidates will relentlessly ensure proper pacing and performance throughout the campaign life cycle through active backlog management. In addition, these persons will be responsible for managing all in-flight and post-campaign reporting needs for advertisers and must possess strong communications skills to engage with our clients account managers and external partners. Above all, these individuals are problem-solvers with can do attitudes, they care deeply about the details, and are comfortable working with clients independently (or with minimal guidance).

THE WORK

  • Work with various teams internally and with our clients cross -functional teams to launch, manage and deliver deals across different buying channels

  • Put in place, manage and optimize Ad campaigns across multiple clients, platforms and technology partners.

  • Verify deal details and proactively recommend improvements to make sure that deal information flows through Clients Ads Servers.

  • Own the daily management of all campaigns across programmatic channels.

  • Daily monitor where the campaign and identify issues that would require any follow up with partners and Client account managers.

  • Look for solutions based on the guidelines training that will allow to ensure revenue flow

  • Adhere to internal standard methodology guidelines, processes, and operating cadences as established by Client ad ops team.

REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCES

  • English proficiency (B2 level required).

  • Bachelor's degree (very nice to have, preferably in sales, advertising, marketing, or business).

  • Previous knowledge in ad operations and the programmatic landscape.

  • Very nice to have experience in ad operations, account management, or campaign management.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to solve difficult challenges and partner with teammates to find creative solutions.

  • Ability to work under vastly changing direction.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and project management skills (very nice to have).

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented environment.

  • Belief in the power of teamwork and a passion for being a great teammate.

WORK ARRANGEMENTS

  • This role requires flexibility to adapt to business needs.

  • There are two main 8-hour shifts: a morning shift starting between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, and an afternoon shift starting between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

  • Weekend work (Saturday and/or Sunday) may be required, depending on business volume.

  • Work is carried out in a hybrid setup (50%/50%), based on business requirements.

  • The first 3 weeks will include in-office training.

  • The office is located in the Proximo II building, ul. Przyokopowa 26, Warsaw.
