职位概述：

您将专注于员工生命周期的全流程管理，确保从入职到离职的各个环节高效、合规运作。您将负责处理合同管理、调动晋升、绩效管理等事务，并与其他HR团队紧密合作，确保员工信息的准确性和及时性。

主要职责：

1. 员工入职管理：

负责新员工的入职手续办理。

确保新员工档案的完整性和准确性，及时录入HR系统。

2. 员工在职管理：

处理员工转正、调动、晋升、降职等手续，确保流程合规。

维护员工档案，及时更新员工信息（如联系方式、职位变动、薪资调整等）。

负责员工劳动合同的签订、续签、变更及归档管理。

3. 员工离职管理：

处理员工离职手续。

进行离职数据分析，定期提交离职报告，协助优化员工保留策略。

4. 员工数据管理：

维护人力资源信息系统（HRIS），确保员工数据的准确性和及时性。

定期生成员工生命周期相关报表，如入职率、离职率、在职人数等。

协助上级完成员工数据的分析，支持人力资源决策。

参与内部审计，确保操作的合规性。

5. 绩效管理流程支持：

负责绩效评估周期的启动、跟踪和关闭，确保各环节按时完成。

协助各部门进行绩效目标的设定、评估和反馈。

6. 跨部门协作：

与招聘团队、薪酬福利团队、员工关系团队等紧密合作，确保员工生命周期各环节无缝衔接。

解答员工及部门经理关于员工生命周期管理的咨询，提供专业支持。

职位要求

大专及以上学里

1-2年工作经验，人事行政相关工作或者外包服务经验

熟练操作电脑打字及简单快捷键

良好的Excel技能，BPO行业经验优先
