Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows. A typical day involves collaborating with various business users to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, proposing innovative solutions, and designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback collection to refine processes over time. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that workflows are optimized for effectiveness, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to process improvements and workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes. - Experience in process mapping and workflow design. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
