Project Role : Technology Delivery Lead
Project Role Description : Manages the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Summary: The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex integration projects, ensuring seamless interoperability between software applications, platforms, and infrastructure. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards, while managing technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of software and systems integration projects. • Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop solution and provide accurate estimates for an end to end SI project • Manage cross-functional teams including developers, integration engineers, testers, and third-party vendors. • Oversee requirements gathering, interface design, configuration, testing, and deployment. • Ensure adherence to integration best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. • Develop and maintain delivery plans, schedules, and risk management strategies. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management. • Monitor performance metrics and deliver status reports to leadership. • Drive continuous improvement in integration processes and delivery frameworks. Professional & Technical Skills: -• Cloud Platforms – Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments. • Integration Expertise – API management, middleware, data integration (ETL), messaging/event streaming in cloud. • Architecture Awareness – Cloud-native design, hybrid integration patterns, security & compliance considerations. • Delivery Management – Planning, migration, vendor coordination, SLA management, cost governance in cloud projects. • Operations & Monitoring – Cloud monitoring tools, incident management, disaster recovery, performance optimization. Additional Information: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field (PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL certification is a plus). • 7+ years of experience in software delivery, systems integration, or IT program management. • Strong knowledge of integration methodologies, APIs, middleware, and data exchange protocols. • Proven experience managing multi-vendor and cross-platform integration projects. • This position is based at our Bengaluru office. • A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
