Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on business agility and technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to facilitate organizational transformation, enabling them to adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with agile project management tools. - Strong understanding of organizational change management principles. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making. - Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
