Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Analytics to lead our Talent and Organization analytics team. This role will redefine the future of organizational capability by harnessing the power of GenAI, fostering a culture of innovation, and architecting solutions that are both cutting-edge and value obsessed. It’s not just analytics or consulting, it’s organizational reinvention amplified by artificial intelligence. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance our clients’ talent management and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions with business processes.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

2. Client Engagement & Solution Development

  • Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to address key talent and organizational challenges.
  • Develop data-driven solutions and insights to support areas like Org Culture, Change Management, Operating Model and Organization Design, HR Transformation, Talent Strategy and Skill Analytics.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

3. Strategy & Go-to-Market (GTM)

  • Shape and execute the GTM strategy for Talent and Org Analytics and GenAI offerings by identifying market segments, crafting compelling value propositions, and qualifying business opportunities.
  • Lead sales origination and business development—responding to RFPs, developing value cases, and collaborating across solutioning, commercial, and delivery teams.
  • Author thought leadership and marketing assets to support GTM outreach and elevate the practice’s brand and solutions.

4. Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in analytics and talent management.
  • Promote best practices and innovative approaches within the team.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and methodologies.

5. Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 10-12 analytics professionals.
  • Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

    Preferred

    • Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) in Data Science, Analytics, Organizational Development, or related domains.
    • Experience within consulting firms or leading GTM-driven analytics practices.
    • A thought-leader mindset with contributions to frameworks, internal tools, or innovation programs in GenAI.

    Education and Experience

    Required

    • 10 –12 years in analytics, AI/ML, or talent intelligence—ideally from consulting or advanced internal analytics leadership roles.
    • Strong background in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, LangChain, agentic AI).
    • Demonstrated success in client-facing delivery, including business development, GTM strategy, and stakeholder communication.
    • Proven experience building and mentoring high-performing analytics and AI teams.
    • Excellent at translating analytics into strategic business outcomes and executive storytelling.
