Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Program, Project & Service Management team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate. The client is TIAA, a company that provides financial services and solutions to help individuals and institutions achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Program Project Management is required. Intermediate proficiency in Issue Management, Risk Management, and advanced proficiency in Delivery Operations Control are recommended.

• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track.

• Analyze project data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Develop comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and accountability.

• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovative problem-solving.

OTHERS:

Project Shift Schedule: day Shift

Project Rest Day: Weekends.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 months any client related experience

• Has good communications skills

• Knowledge in MS office application
