Project Role : Sales Capture Practitioner
Project Role Description : Shape, sell and close deals that are single or multi service. Shephard the deal to develop the win strategy, the negotiation strategy, and the close plan.

Summary: As a Sales Capture Practitioner, you will engage in shaping, selling, and closing deals that encompass single or multiple services. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to develop effective win strategies, negotiation tactics, and comprehensive close plans, ensuring that each deal is meticulously managed from inception to completion. You will play a pivotal role in driving the sales process forward, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex negotiations and foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies. - Analyze market trends and client needs to inform sales strategies and enhance deal positioning. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management. - Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and manage client expectations. - Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with organizational goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships. - Proficiency in analyzing market data to identify opportunities and inform decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
