Project Role : Operations Engineer
Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills : Network Infrastructures, Network Data, Juniper technology

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructures, ensuring that all systems are running optimally and meeting the needs of the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting processes and providing training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: • Implement and configure Mist wireless solutions, including Wi-Fi 6/6E access points, Mist Edge, and integration with Juniper EX switches. • Implement wireless security protocols such as WPA2/3, 802.1X, and RADIUS, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support and engineering, to address network issues and implement enhancements. • Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and performance metrics. • Strong troubleshooting skills for Routing and switching along wireless issues. • Must have hands on experience on Wi-Fi, Site Survey, Heat map generation and Networking and experience. • Strong troubleshooting skills on SSID, WLC & understanding of Meraki Template. • Hands on Experience on Cisco WLC, Meraki Dashboard and Juniper Wireless system. • Ability to work with the teams, should have experience in driving network proactive problem management, availability, and capacity management process. • Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision. • Ready to work in 24x7 environment. What you bring: • Proficiency in wireless networking concepts, including 802.11 standards, RF fundamentals, and WLAN lifecycle management. • Hands-on experience with Juniper Mist AI platform, including configuration and management of wireless networks. • Relevant certifications such as JNCIS-MistAI-Wireless or JNCIA-MistAI are highly desirable. • Ability to analyze network performance data and make informed decisions to enhance network efficiency. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. • Solid experience on Cisco Wireless, Cisco Meraki Dashboard and infrastructure support, Juniper Mist and Cisco ISE. What you have: • Bachelor’s degree in information technology related field of study with a network/software engineering • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. LAN and WAN experience • Good to have experience on Cisco & Juniper. • Wireless: Cisco or Juniper wireless certification. • Experience of Ethernet/IP transmission technology and systems.15 years full time education
