Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will utilize your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied throughout the application lifecycle. By fostering a culture of quality, you will drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience and satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and report on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective test cases. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
