You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing existing automation processes to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze current processes to identify areas for automation and improvement. - Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using UiPath. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on automation initiatives. - Monitor and maintain automated processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA). - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Robotic Process Automation. - Strong understanding of process mapping and workflow design. - Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools. - Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing automation solutions. - Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
