Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, contributing to the overall reliability and performance of the applications you support. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery and improve user experience. Cisco UCS Administrator/Engineer Job Description Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage Cisco UCS infrastructure. Configure and maintain UCS servers, fabric interconnects, and associated components. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Implement security measures and ensure compliance with best practices. Collaborate with teams to integrate UCS with other systems (e.g., VMware, storage solutions). Perform firmware upgrades and patch management. Document configurations, processes, and procedures. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of Cisco UCS architecture and components. Experience with virtualization platforms like Nutanix, VMware or Hyper-V. Familiarity with networking protocols and storage systems. Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cisco HyperFlex Architecture. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
