Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems that arise across various business system components, ensuring that operational stability is maintained. You will create and implement Requests for Change, while also updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be essential as you engage in issue analysis and resolution, contributing to a seamless operational environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry best practices and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Docker Kubernetes Architecture and Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of container orchestration and management. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in cloud environments. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Docker Kubernetes Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
