Project Role : Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Summary: As a Cloud Services Engineer, you will serve as a vital link between clients and Accenture's operations teams, facilitating support and managing escalations. Your typical day will involve communicating the health of service delivery to stakeholders, addressing performance issues, and ensuring that cloud orchestration and automation capabilities function effectively. You will also hold performance meetings to discuss data and trends, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor and report on cloud service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in New Relic. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services. - Experience with automation tools and orchestration frameworks. - Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights. - Familiarity with incident management and escalation processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in New Relic. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
