Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibility • Liaising with the customer technical representatives. • Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features • Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool • Manage teams with 5-15 resources • Provide training and mentor existing team and new hires • Client escalation management, stake holder management • Network Security operations management Technical Experience • Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless Access Points, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Routers, Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), F5 Load Balancers LTM/GTM and Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE. Cisco SD WAN. • Maintain design of LAN/WAN including routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF) • Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem tickets • Identify potential failures and recommend solution • Update knowledge base with known errors/resolutions, technical documentation and procedures • Capacity management, forecasting and recommendation • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication • Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts Professional Experience • Should have 4+ years of experience in Network operational support/management roles • Should have supported Network deployments • Should have experience performing Network transitions / transformations • Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area (and understanding them in the context of the business) Educational Qualification • B.E Additional Information (if any) Good To have • CCNA and CCNP Certifications • Security CertificationsBE or Btech
