Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with 6-9 years of experience to join our Retail Banking team within the Digital Banking domain.

The role requires strong expertise in DevOps practices, Java (Spring Boot), and middleware technologies to support development, automation, and deployment for large-scale banking applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Camel (CXF), Spring Batch, JSP, WebLogic Server, and Oracle databases, with exposure to digital banking environments and Web Content Management systems considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage DevOps pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of banking applications.

• Work on Java, Spring Boot, Camel (CXF), and Spring Batch-based solutions in complex environments.

• Administer and optimize WebLogic application servers and related middleware components.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to improve automation, scalability, and reliability of applications.

• Ensure smooth integration with Oracle databases and backend systems.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to performance tuning, system optimization, and automation initiatives.

• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in DevOps engineering and application support.

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot development.

• Proven hands-on experience with Camel (CXF), Spring Batch, JSP, and WebLogic Server.

• Solid knowledge of Oracle databases.

• Experience with HPUX, Linux, and Solaris operating systems.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and environment management skills.

• Good to Have

• Knowledge of Unix scripting and JavaScript.

• Exposure to Digital Banking platforms and related applications.

• Experience in automation tools and frameworks.

• Familiarity with Web Content Management (WCM) systems.
