Job Title: Senior System Analyst - Authorization & Fraud

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior System Analyst with 6-9 years of experience to join our Cards - System Analysis team.

The role focuses on Mainframe-based Cardlink systems, with strong emphasis on authorization and fraud modules.

The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Mainframe technologies, deep understanding of Cards domain processes, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead system analysis, design, and enhancements for Cardlink authorization and fraud modules.

  • Develop and maintain applications using Mainframe Cobol, CICS, Easytrieve, and JCL on Mainframe ZOS.

  • Work with VSAM and sequential datasets for data storage and processing.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

  • Partner with QA teams to support testing phases and defect resolution.

  • Investigate and resolve production issues related to authorization and fraud functionalities.

  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and audit standards in solution design.

  • Liaise with vendors and IT teams to ensure timely delivery of system changes.

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of experience as a System Analyst in the Cards domain.

  • Strong skills in Mainframe Cobol, CICS, Easytrieve, and JCL.

  • Proficiency with VSAM and sequential datasets.

  • Hands-on experience with Cardlink platform (mandatory).

  • In-depth knowledge of card authorization and fraud detection processes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to engage with business, IT teams, and vendors effectively.
