Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and implement Workday Adaptive Integrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations. - Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies. - Experience in developing and configuring integrations in Workday. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. - Hands-on experience with Workday Studio or EIBs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
