Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Ensure successful project delivery - Implement best practices for application design and configuration Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation , automation anywhere. - Strong understanding of automation technologies - Experience in leading application development projects - Knowledge of software development lifecycle - Hands-on experience in configuring applications Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full-time education is required15 years full time education
