Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs to implement solutions, and monitoring system performance to ensure optimal functionality. You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain a seamless user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application performance and usability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team. - Engage in user training and support to enhance the understanding and utilization of the applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development. - Strong understanding of application integration techniques and methodologies. - Experience with low-code platforms and their application in business solutions. - Familiarity with APIs and their role in application development and support. - Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement necessary adjustments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
