Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a senior role responsible for strategic direction and leadership in application packaging and UAT/Pilot deployment support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the application packaging function, ensuring high-quality solutions and adherence to SLAs. - Oversee UAT and Pilot deployments, managing all testing, coordination, and application readiness. - Monitor and ensure compliance of all applications during deployment phases with security policies and regulatory standards. - Generate and review detailed deployment and compliance reports. - Provide strategic guidance for continuous improvement in packaging, UAT, and deployment processes. - Lead a team of specialists, ensuring skill development and operational efficiency. - Ensure that all packaging operations are compliant with internal and external requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Deep expertise in application packaging, including Intune Win32, PSADT, Admin Studio, and advanced packaging tools. - Extensive experience with UAT and Pilot deployment support. - Advanced reporting skills for deployment and compliance data. - Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage large-scale operations. - Exceptional communication, client management, and process improvement skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 10-16 years of experience in Application Packaging - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required15 years full time education
